Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition received

  • Include original packaging and tags

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Store Credit Policy

Approved returns are eligible for store credit only.

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Once your returned item is received and inspected, store credit will be issued to the email associated with your order. Store credit may be used toward any future purchase on our store.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us process claims quickly, please provide clear photos of the issue when contacting support.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used beauty products

  • Personal care items

  • Opened supplements

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must still meet the standard return eligibility requirements, including being unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Biovanna is not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.
